How to reset the Service light on a Volkswagen Touran?

To reset the Service light on the Volkswagen Touran, press and hold the 0.0/SET button located to the right of the instrument cluster while it is turned off. Continue holding this button, then insert the ignition key into the ignition barrel and turn it to switch on the instrument cluster.

Once the cluster is on, keep holding the button for a few more seconds until the light is reset correctly.

After the reset, you can turn off and then back on the cluster to ensure the light has completely disappeared.
