If you have just completed the regular service on your 2011 Volkswagen Polo but the warning light keeps coming on, you need to follow this manual reset procedure. First, insert the key and turn on the instrument cluster. Then, press the menu button on the right side of the steering wheel multiple times to enter the settings. Scroll down and select "Service" followed by "Reset". Finally, confirm the operation, and after a few moments, the procedure is complete.
