Learn how to activate WeConnect on a Volkswagen vehicle. First, download the app on your phone. Start the vehicle, then open the drop-down menu: the text "maximum private sphere" should appear. Set the privacy to "share my location". Click on the menu and select "user" and ensure the vehicle is connected. Click on "new user" and "register". Keep both vehicle keys handy. Enter your email and choose a password. Accept the terms and click on "create and log in". Enter all personal data, click again on "create and log in" and the account is created. An email will be sent to your mobile, which you need to confirm. Accept and enable the data and choose a PIN. You will need to enter into the WeConnect contract (free for the first year). The system will ask to sequentially detect the two keys. Now the activation is complete. Click on "synchronise", and accessing from your smartphone, enter your email, your password and allow access to the phone.
