How to change the system language in the Volkswagen Passat?

In this tutorial, you will see how to change the system language in the Volkswagen Passat, a very simple operation. To do this, you will need a suitable scanner to connect to the vehicle's OBD port, which can be easily found online. Once you have interfaced it with the VCDS application installed on your PC, go to the "17-Instruments" section and enter "Adaptation". Select the "Language for error messages and navigation" option from the drop-down menu, enter the corresponding number for the language in the "New value" table, 4 for Italian, and complete the operation by pressing the "Save" button.
