Today's guide will show you the main steps on how to remove and replace the rear side window of the Volkswagen Golf. First, open the rear door and begin to dismantle and remove the outer door panel by unscrewing all the fixing screws; this will allow access to the window mechanism, as illustrated in the video. At this point, disconnect the glass from the window mechanism by unscrewing the bracket screws; remove and replace the side window and, if necessary, also the window mechanism, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
