How to Remove the Front Headlamp and Replace the Bulbs in a Volkswagen Polo 6R

In this brief video tutorial, see how to remove the front headlamp in a Volkswagen Polo 6R and replace the main and dipped beam bulbs as well as the position lights: first, purchase new bulbs from an authorised car parts dealer. Next, get into the vehicle, switch off the engine, and pull the handbrake; pull the bonnet release lever and lift the bonnet, securing it with the prop rod. Unscrew the two screws of the headlamp using a T30 spanner, then pull the headlamp outwards with force; at this point, the headlamp will come out. Now, disconnect the connector and the headlamp will be free. Replace the faulty bulbs (ensure the positive terminal is inserted on the correct side, as the bulb will not work if inserted the wrong way). Once the bulbs are replaced, refit the headlamp by pushing it back in and re-screwing the screws.
