How the Volkswagen Climatronic Works

Model: Volkswagen Volkswagen Various
Part: A/C controls

Video tutorial

In this video, we detail the controls of the Volkswagen Climatronic: To activate it, press the button on the right that says "A/C". The "AUTO" function automatically increases ventilation from both sides, while the button on the left adjusts the temperature, as shown on the LED screens.

It changes simultaneously because the "SYNC" function is activated, but if we deactivate it, the passenger can adjust the temperature as they prefer, from their side.

Use the central dial to adjust the fan intensity, and the upper buttons allow you to choose where to direct the airflow. Pressing the demist button activates maximum ventilation.

The "Rest" button is for when you leave the vehicle closed and the ventilation remains active for up to 30 minutes.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
