How to Reset the Service Light on the Volkswagen Lupo?

Model: Volkswagen Lupo MK 1 - Years 1998-2005

To reset the Service light on the Volkswagen Lupo, press and hold the button located just below the speedometer while the instrument cluster is off. Continue to hold it down, then insert the ignition key and turn it to switch on the instrument cluster. Once it is on, you will notice that the kilometres remaining until the next service will be completely reset. At that point, you can release the button below the speedometer and confirm the reset by turning off the ignition.
