The following steps will guide you on how to dismantle and replace the engine cooling radiator of the Volkswagen Passat with a TSI engine. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and start by removing the plastic intake hose; then unscrew the bolts of the radiator fan and disconnect its electrical connector, as shown in the video. At this point, raise the vehicle and disconnect the radiator pipe, draining the fluid into a container; then unscrew the bolts of the radiator to remove it, replacing it with the new one and reassembling everything!
