To disable the alarm system of the Volkswagen Tiguan, connect a diagnostic tool to the vehicle's OBD port, located under the steering column. Once the scanner is connected, select the car model and its corresponding version.

After the alarm deactivation procedure is complete, disconnect the scanner from the OBD port. This will ensure that the car's alarm system has been permanently disabled.
