Through this very short video guide today, we can see the entire process necessary to replace the battery (CR2025) of the remote control for a Volkswagen Golf, seventh generation model produced from 2012 to 2019.
Very well, let's start by pressing the release button of the physical key to remove it from its slot, then we lever on the back cover to detach the battery compartment as shown in the video.
Once this is done, we can remove the old battery and replace it with a new one, then close everything following the reverse procedure.
