How to reset the oil light on the Volkswagen Tiguan

To manually reset the oil light that stays on constantly on the instrument panel of your first generation Volkswagen Tiguan (2007-2016), simply follow the steps described in the following guide. First, sit in the driver's seat and with the instrument panel off, press and hold the "0.0/Set" button located below the speedometer and simultaneously turn on the instrument panel. Finally, confirm the reset of the oil light by selecting the "Yes" option. A few moments later, the procedure is successfully completed and you can then turn off the car.
