Performing this operation is quite simple and does not require any special tools. You will need to unscrew the bolts that secure the mirror from the inner side of the door. First, remove the outer seal of the window glass. Now, you can also remove the screws that secure the panel in the position of the rear-view mirror in question. Next, remove the large bolt that secures the mirror and then disconnect the plug that controls the mirror movements. Now, simply extract the mirror from the outer side, and you're done!
