How to replace the Volvo remote control battery

The battery of the Volvo remote control is a CR 2430, to replace this battery we need to use a flat-head screwdriver. First, press the button on the back of the remote control to remove the emergency metal key. Then insert the metal key and screwdriver into the remote control, in both vertical and horizontal positions, to apply slight pressure that will allow us to open the remote control. Remove the old battery and insert the new one, assemble the remote control and insert the key. All that's left is to go near the car to test its functionality.
