Instrument Cluster Removal Instructions

Model: Volvo S80 - Years 1998-2006

First, detach the plastic frame around the instrument cluster using a medium-sized flat screwdriver: to remove the frame, it is necessary to also detach the upper cover of the indicator stalk. At this point, using a Torx screwdriver size 25, unscrew the four screws securing the instrument cluster, pull it forward, and carefully, without damaging the wires, use a flat screwdriver to release and disconnect the connectors attached to it. Remember to always handle all plastic clips with care.
