In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the battery in a Volvo XC60, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the key is not in the ignition for safety. Then, open the trunk and remove both the floor panel and the compartment. Next, loosen the nut on the negative terminal with a 10mm wrench, disconnect it along with the indicated connector, and repeat the process for the positive terminal. At this point, unclip the module containing the various fuses, remove the two bolts of the bracket with a 7mm wrench, and take the battery out of its housing. To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
