How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter in a Volvo S40

Here are the instructions on how to replace the cabin air filter in your Volvo S40. The steps are simple and are as follows. First, remove the accelerator pedal by unscrewing the three screws that hold it, two at the top and one on the left, as shown in the video. Once this is done, disconnect the connectors and remove the fabric part of the car to see the box containing the filter. Then, remove the cover by unscrewing the three supporting screws and proceed to take out the old filter and replace it with the new one. When inserting the new filter, ensure it is positioned correctly (the side of the filter has the correct direction written on it) and do so carefully to avoid breaking it. Once these steps are completed, you can proceed to reassemble all the removed parts in reverse order.
