Video tutorial

If you own a Volvo S40 and want to replace the cabin air filter, this video will help you. The filter is located in the driver's footwell. First, remove the plastic screw that secures the fabric cover and lift it up: this will give you access to a white plastic screw that must also be unscrewed using your fingers.

Remove the cover and take out the old filter. Place the new filter in its compartment using both hands, reattach the cover, and screw back the white screw that secured it. Replace the fabric cover as it was before and secure the plastic screw.
