How to Replace the Pollen Filter on a Volvo V40

Model: Volvo V40 MK 2 - Years 2012-2019

To replace the pollen filter on a second-generation Volvo V40, access the passenger side and move the seat all the way back. Remove the lower panel under the glove compartment by unclipping it. Locate the cabin filter cover positioned vertically behind the side trim. Unclip the cover by pressing the locking tabs and pull it out. Extract the used filter by pulling it down, taking care of the orientation. Insert the new filter following the direction indicated by the arrow on the side, close the cover, and reassemble the lower panel, securing it properly.
