Removing the Front Bumper on a Volvo XC70

Removing the front bumper of the Volvo XC70? Here’s how to remove it from the top. First, remove the fog lights from above the bumper. Lift the bonnet and secure it, then raise the car on a jack; use a plastic or metal lever to remove the securing rivets located at the top of the bumper. Once the rivets at the top are removed, take off the side plastic impact absorbers (if present on the version) and unscrew the screws located in the wheel arch liners (remove the pins located at the bottom of the bumper). Remove the bumper from the body of the vehicle by hand. Fit a new bumper by reversing the assembly process.
