To remove the front door panel in the Volvo XC70, start by removing the front part of the armrest, using a flat-head screwdriver or an equivalent tool as shown in the video, so you can unscrew the 2 Torx T25 screws inside. The next step is to remove the small mirror panel, which should be done carefully as it is very easy to break the pins holding it in place. Now move to the outside; you will notice 2 plastic rivets that need to be unlocked by pressing the inner part, and then removed by lifting them with a small screwdriver. Once all these rivets along the perimeter are removed, the panel is ready to be taken off.
