Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement
Model: Volvo Xc90
MK 1
- Years 2002-2014
Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement
Before starting, obtain the oil and the original replacement filter, then lift the vehicle and secure it with appropriate supports to prevent it from falling. The necessary tools are a ratchet wrench, a set of open-end wrenches, a special tool for removing the filter, and a pan for collecting the oil. Position the pan under the engine to catch the oil. Unscrew the oil cap on the oil pan and let it drain. Use the special tool to unscrew the filter and remove the cartridge. Replace the used filter cartridge with a new one and reinstall the filter. Also, replace the copper gasket on the oil cap and the one on the filter. Close the oil cap, reinstall the oil filter, and top off with new oil, checking the level with the dipstick. Do not dispose of used oil in the environment; take it to designated collection centers. Reset the computer for the next service interval.

How to Replace the Battery on an Opel Corsa
How do you maintain the battery on an Opel Corsa? This guide explains how to replace the battery: open the car's door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the bonnet. Release the locking lever with your fingers, then secure it. Once the engine compartment is open, you will find the battery at the top left; remove the securing pins from the battery terminals, then take the battery out of the engine compartment and replace it with a new one (same voltage). Close the bonnet after maintenance. by ScegliAuto More videos
