Before applying the new gasket to the intake manifold, it is very important to clean the surface, both on the manifold side and on the cylinder head side, eliminating any residual dirt and encrustation that could compromise adherence and therefore the seal of the gasket itself. Once the cleaning phase is complete, align the new gasket to the intake ports by centering it on the two pins on the manifold (it is not necessary to apply gasket mastic) and proceed with the installation of the manifold by tightening the relative fixing pins with the torque wrench.

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
