The following video shows how to repair, install, modify, or replace a faulty, worn, or short-circuited power window switch. This video applies to the Volvo XC90 model.

Using a flathead screwdriver, lift the switch block of the power window and, once extracted, disconnect its electrical connection. Now detach the button from its plastic cover.

Take a new functioning button and attach it to its cover. Reconnect everything to the electrical connection and place the block back in its slot exactly as it was before.

How to Reset the Tyre Pressure Warning Light on a Kia Rio?
