Removing the Instrument Cluster from a Volvo S60

Today, you will learn how to remove the instrument cluster from a Volvo S60. First, get inside the car and use a plastic trim tool to detach the plastic frames along the edges of the cluster; then, remove the screws from the instrument cluster using a Torx T25 screwdriver. At this point, use a lever to help you remove the cluster: simply disconnect the electrical connector located at the back to remove it completely. Now you can perform any necessary repairs on the circuit board or replace the bulbs.
