How to Remove the Radio from a Volvo XC90?

To remove the radio from a Volvo XC90, pry under the cover that surrounds the gear shift lever to free it from its retaining clips and completely remove it. This will allow you to loosen the screws located at the bottom of the radio, previously covered by plastic. Once these screws are loosened, you can slide the radio out of its housing and disconnect the connectors attached at the top. After removal, you can replace all the spare parts by connecting them to the connectors and securing them with the appropriate screws.
