In this video tutorial, you can see how to clean the injectors of the Volvo V50 by following a few simple steps that will guide you towards proper vehicle maintenance. This injector cleaning procedure can also resolve issues with blocked injectors. The best injector cleaners are LIQUI MOLY, but there are other good products available on the market. Essentially, it is used as fuel, bypassing the fuel supply and return lines. You will need a container, a hose, a common fuel filter for the supply and return that goes back into the container; then simply run the entire bottle. Ensure that the supply hose does not draw in air. Occasionally, you need to rev the engine to increase the injector pressure, but only for a few seconds.
