How to Replace the Rear Stabilizer Bar on the Volvo XC90

Model: Volvo Xc90 MK 2 - Years 2015-2026

In this video, you will learn how to replace the rear stabilizer bar on the Volvo XC90. Raise the vehicle on a lift for comfortable access. Then, using an 18 mm wrench and a T40 Torx screwdriver, proceed to remove the two nuts that secure the rear stabilizer bar. Slide the bar out of its mount and take the new one. Make sure to insert the two threads into the correct holes and the bar in the correct orientation. Once it is in place, tighten the nuts again and ensure that the bar is securely mounted. This is a simple operation that will take a maximum of half an hour.
