Instructions for Removing Front Headlamp

Model: Volvo S40 MK 1 - Years 1995-2004

To remove the front headlamp, first remove the indicator light: unscrew the fixing screw of the indicator light, pull it out from its housing, and disconnect the bulb holder (bayonet fitting); then disconnect the connectors attached to the headlamp bulbs by removing the protective cover and then that of the headlamp adjustment motor; unscrew the fixing bolts of the headlamp (two on the indicator light side and one on the radiator side); at this point, you can extract the headlamp from its housing and reverse the process for installing the new one: if the new headlamp does not have an adjustment motor, fit the one from the old headlamp if it is functional.

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level.
