Replacement of Front Headlight Bulb

Model: Volvo S40 MK 2 - Years 2004-2012

To replace the front headlight bulb, it is advisable to remove the headlight from the vehicle to facilitate the operation. Once the front headlight is removed, unclip the side springs securing the protective cover of the bulb housing and remove the cover. Disconnect the plug connected to the control unit, rotate, and detach the control unit itself. At this point, rotate and unclip the bulb holder, extract the old bulb from its socket, and replace it with the new one. Reattach the bulb holder, the control unit, and the plug connected to it.
