In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the rear door panel on a Volvo S60, a very simple and quick operation. First, open the door in question, then locate the rivets along the entire perimeter of the panel and disengage them using a small Phillips screwdriver.

Once done, remove the cap inside the armrest and unscrew the exposed screw with a 3mm hex wrench. At this point, grasp the panel, pull it outward, and separate it from the door.

To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
