How to Disable the Alarm on a Volvo?

To disable the alarm on a Volvo, insert the key into the ignition switch to turn on the instrument panel. Next, press the ENTER button located on the central dashboard panel. Then press the MENU button and select "Car settings". An additional screen will appear where you need to select "Reduced guard". This will open another screen from which you can activate or deactivate the alarm; finally, you can turn off the instrument panel.
