To reset the tyre pressure warning light on a Volvo V40, first inflate the tyres to the correct pressure value: this value is found on the sticker attached to the driver's door pillar. Then, turn on the ignition and press the MY CAR button on the central dashboard panel: a menu will appear where you need to select "Tyre monitor" and then "Start calibration", using the OK button on the central panel.

This will make the warning light disappear completely from the instrument cluster.
