Today we will see the main steps on how to disassemble and replace the clutch kit of the Alfa Romeo 159 1.9 JTDm. First of all, we open the hood of the car and start disassembling and removing the battery and battery holder; we lift the car and disconnect the exhaust manifold, then remove the front wheel and disconnect the driveshaft. At this point, we unscrew the oil drain bolt of the gearbox, letting it drain into a container, once the gearbox is lowered (using a jack to keep it lifted) we will unscrew all the screws of the casing to access the clutch, replacing it with the new original one.
