Once the dashboard is on, you need to press the accelerator pedal and then press the brake pedal six consecutive times. At this point, you can release both pedals and turn off the dashboard. Upon turning it back on, you will notice that the Service light has completely disappeared, and you can then turn off the dashboard again.
