How to do maintenance on our car, let's see the replacement of the diesel filter on Alfa Romeo 147. We open the front hood of the engine, we identify the diesel filter. With a socket wrench we unscrew the pins that lock the container where the diesel filter is located. Once the filter has been removed, remove it from the car (disconnect the circulation pipes and the power supply terminal). We mount the new filter in the diesel filter container (we connect pipes and cables) and tighten the special pins in the engine compartment with the socket wrench. We close the front hood after maintenance.
