How to Remove the Reversing Light on the Alfa Romeo MiTo?

On the Alfa Romeo MiTo, replacing the reversing light bulb is an easy task if you have good manual skills. As seen in the video, if this is your first time trying to remove the under-bumper containing the reversing light, you must first remove the entire bumper. If the bumper has already been removed in the past without inserting the central bolt, simply unscrew the side screws, two on each side, plus the two located in the lower central area. Now, place the under-bumper on an elevated surface to avoid straining the cables. Unscrew the bolt that secures the light to the plastic fascia, and turn the bulb counterclockwise to extract it from its socket.
