To reset the oil light on your Alfa Romeo MiTo, you cannot follow a manual procedure, as it is necessary to connect a diagnostic tool to the vehicle's OBD port. Once located, remove its protective cover and connect the tool to the port.

From your computer, connect to the Wi-Fi network of the OBD2 adapter to perform various error message resets, including the one indicating to replace the engine oil. Once the light has been reset, you can disconnect the diagnostic tool.
