Operation: How to reset the Alfa Romeo GT ECU?

In order to reset the Alfa Romeo GT ECU, you need to open the hood, so that you can access the components located inside the engine compartment. Once the hood has been opened, it will be possible to go and disconnect the cable connected to the negative pole of the battery and leave it disconnected for about 45 minutes. After this time has elapsed, it will be possible to go and connect the aforementioned cable again and close the hood. By starting the car and turning on the instrument panel, it will be possible to see that all errors and settings stored in the control unit have been reset.
