In order to replace the timing belt of the Audi A5, you need to completely remove the bumper, taking it out of its housing in order to access the front part of the engine block. Here you will find the belt, which can be removed by loosening the central nut that secures the tensioner pulley. At this point, the tension of the belt will be reduced and it will be possible to insert the new one; this can be tensioned by inserting the tensioner pulley and after verifying that everything works correctly, all components can be reassembled.
