In today’s very useful video guide, we will see the step-by-step procedure for replacing the front brake pads on an Audi A1. Start the procedure by removing the front wheel of the vehicle, then remove the two rubber plugs located at the back of the caliper and unscrew the two fixing screws behind them using a 7mm hex key. Once done, push back the brake piston to detach the caliper from the disc, then fully retract the piston, remove the old pads, replace them with a new pair, and finally reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
