How to use the electronic handbrake

What the electronic handbrake does is imitate what the manual handbrake does, so if I want to install the electronic handbrake on a modern car, I just have to treat the button with the "P" as if it were a handbrake: so I raise it if I want to engage it and lower it if I want to disengage it. We will have a confirmation of the handbrake engagement with the lighting of a LED on the button, and of course with the lighting of the warning light on the dashboard. By raising the button while driving, the car will be stopped by the ABS system. If the car has an automatic transmission, when we press the accelerator, the gear will engage and there will be no need to release the handbrake, which will be released automatically. The "auto hold" function helps you when you are on a slope, to not roll back and to start without needing to manually activate the handbrake.
