In this article, we will explain the procedure for replacing the battery of the Audi E Tron key. No tools are needed for this operation. To replace the key battery, you must first remove the emergency key using the appropriate button located behind the key and pulling it outwards. Then, use the key to lever in the slot inside the key housing, at this point the cover will lift. Once the cover is removed, you will have access to the battery, remove it and replace it. Once replaced, reinsert the cover by pressing it with your fingers and then reinsert the emergency key into its housing.
