To ensure that the timing belt of the Audi A4 is replaced, it will be necessary to lift the car so that the corresponding front right wheel is removed: after removal, it will be possible to proceed by also detaching the inner wheel arch lining panel.

The tensioner pulley will now be accessible and it will be possible to remove it from its seat, thus loosening the belt tension: the belt can now be removed from the appropriate pulleys to insert the new one. After installation, it will be necessary to re-time the engine and tension the belt by installing the corresponding pulley.
