We open the bonnet of our car and remove the engine support on the distribution side; we remove the front bumper and the intercooler, then removing the timing cover. At this point we raise the car and remove the front wheel, removing the V-belt; we then replace the timing belt, taking all the necessary references!

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video.
