Remove and Replace the Timing Belt on an Audi A4 Station Wagon

Let's see how to remove and replace the timing belt on an Audi A4 Station Wagon. Lift the car on a column lift (if necessary, remove the front wheel with a screwdriver and the right wheel splash shield). Remove the engine soundproofing panel, then pry off the cover with a lever. Use a wrench to loosen the tensioner pulley and slide the belt off its seat. Using a socket wrench, unscrew the tensioner pulley retaining bolt, and remove the water pump as shown in the video. Install the new water pump, the tensioner, and the belt itself, then tighten all previously removed parts with the socket wrench.
