In this video we can see the arrangement of the fuse boxes of an Audi 80 B4: we find the main box inside the engine compartment. This is located on the left side (looking at the car from the front), right at the end of the front windshield slope, and in front of the front shock absorber strut: here fuses and relays are arranged.

We find a second box inside the cabin. This is located right under the steering wheel, inside a compartment protected by a plastic cover, where fuses and relays are also located.
