How to disassemble the external rearview mirror of the Audi A3

The instructions provided in this guide will show us the process of disassembly and replacement of the external rearview mirror of the Audi A3. First, we open the front door of the car and start disassembling and removing the door panel, unscrewing the fixing screws and disconnecting the electric connector of the window switch; then we unscrew the mirror screws, disconnecting the electric connector of the adjustment to remove the mirror from the outside, as shown in the video. We replace the external rearview mirror with the new one, finally reassembling the door panel.
