In this video, we can see how to replace the battery of the Audi E-tron key: the procedure is not very different from that of other keys. Let's press the silver button located on the back to release the emergency key from its housing, then with a thin screwdriver, we pop off the cover located at the bottom of the remote itself: under this cover, we find the battery to be replaced, which is a common CR 2032, easily found at any supermarket or electronics store.
