To adjust the headlights on an Audi Q5, first turn on the ignition and the headlights to check where the beam of light is directed: once the headlights are on, you can also open the hood to access the adjustment screw for the light beam located on the left front headlight. By tightening this screw with a hex wrench, you can raise the light beam; conversely, by loosening this screw, you can lower the light beam, and you can remove the wrench once the adjustment is complete.
